    Fried Potato (55%) (Potato and sunflower oil), liquid pasteurised free range egg, fried onion (15%) (Onion, olive oil and salt), olive oil, salt and acidity regulator (citric acid)

    Cooking Instructions

    Fry: Remove from packaging. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over a moderate heat. Add the omelette and cook for 2-3 mins on each side until hot.
    Microwave (800w): Pierce the plastic film in several places. Place omelette on a non-metallic plate and microwave on full power for 3 mins. Leave to stand for 1 min before eating.
    For microwaves with different wattages, adjust heating time accordingly.
