Prawn stir-fry

Add pre-marinaded chilli & lemon skewered prawns, bursting with flavour to a classic vegetable stir-fry with noodles.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Footsteps chilli and lemon king prawns skewers
  • 1 tbsps olive oil
  • 300g Edamame Stir Fry
  • 300g Straight-to-Wok thin noodles
  • 175ml Sweet Chilli Stir Fry Sauce

Method

  1. Heat the frying pan over a medium heat, then add the oil
  2. Add the stir-fry veg and cook for 2 mins
  3. Add the Singapore style noodles, then cook for another 2 mins
  4. Stir in the Sweet Chilli Sauce, then add the prawns
  5. Stir, to heat through
  6. Serve immediately
