Parma-wrapped Chicken

Easy is a winner, which is why chicken breast simply wrapped in parma ham locks in flavour perfectly

  • 4 slices Footsteps® Parma Ham
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • A bunch of vine tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 750g small potatoes
  • 300g Dwarf Green Beans


  1. Heat oven to 200°/180°c or Gas Mark 6
  2. Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of Parma ham
  3. Pan fry for 2-3 mins to seal the parma and chicken, then place onto a baking tray
  4. Put into the oven and cook for 20-25 mins
  5. Place the tomatoes on a baking tray, brush with a little oil and place in the oven to cook for 5 mins or until slightly crisp
  6. Meanwhile cook the potatoes in boiling salted water, for 10 mins
  7. Steam the green beans for 3-5 mins, then drain
  8. Plate up with a chicken breast, a portion of potatoes, some green brans and tomatoes
