Pork (96%), Salt, Spices (White Pepper, Dried Garlic, Ground Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Mace, Whole Cloves,Nutmeg, Coriander, Ground Vanilla), Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate; Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate.
Prepared with 114g of pork per 100g of product. Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.
Produced in Spain using Spanish pork.
Fry: Remove all packaging. Heat lightly greased frying pan, add pancetta and cook for 1-2 mins until crispy. Ensure food is piping hot. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only
