Spicy cured Spanish pork meatballs with paprika and garlic
Pork, Paprika (2.5%), Salt, Dextrose, Dextrin, Garlic, Colour: Paprika Extract, Stabiliser: Sodium Triphosphate; Antioxidant: Sodium Erythorbate; Preservative: Sodium Nitrite.
Prepared with 123g of raw pork per 100g of finished product. Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.
Produced in Spain using Spanish pork.
Oven cook: Preheat oven to 180. Place meatballs on a grill try and cook in the middle of the oven for 8-10 mins until cooked through. For best results, turn halfway
Fry: Preheat a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the meatballs and fry for 4-6 mins, turning regularly until cooked through. No need to add oil to the pan
